is offering free exchange shipping until July 31, 2008. Valid for 1 exchange only. This promotion is good on helmets & apparel only. Hard parts, tires, body parts and other merchandise do not qualify. Buy any helmet or apparel, if it doesn't FIT just right, return it in the original box in mint condition, and we'll pay for your shipping back. We'll even ship it back to you for free. This qualifies for ground shipping only. All return shipments and exchanges will be shipped ground freight regardless of the original shipping terms. This offer is good for the 48 lower states only. Sorry, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not included. Request for free exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Remember to pack the item well, as you are still responsible for damages if it
isn't properly packaged.
Most
packages are shipped from our west coast warehouse. We ship UPS,
FedEx and USPS depending on the product and shipping method. Our
shipping rates are based on the total dimensional weight/ size of
the packages. Our minimum shipping and handling fee is $10 for all
orders. There are extra shipping fees for OVERSIZED items. Oversized
Items are: Packages that exceed 84" combined length and girth. Girth
is defined as the complete length "around" the package. Other

near the east coast. Saturday and Sunday's do not count towards the
