Depending on your location, most ground shipments should arrive within 3 - 7 working days.
Most orders are shipped from our California facility. If you reside on the
East Coast, expect your packages within 5 - 7 working days. If you reside on the
West Coast, expect your packages within 2 - 5 working days. To inquire about an

Service Charge for All Order Cancellations
If you just placed an order and you need to modify or cancel your order, the chances are
that it cannot be done. Most orders are entered into our computer systems
immediately and will most likely have been entered through. To request a change/
addition or modification to your order, please call us at 800-288-0640 M-F 10AM-7PM
PST and Sat 11AM-5PM PST. If you want to try to cancel your order, submit our authorized
Cancellation
Form. If we are able to cancel your order, there may be a cancellation service
charge of minimum $25.00. If we are not able to cancel your order, then please
refuse the package once it arrives at your door, the delivery driver will bring the
package back to us at no charge to you. If you were unable to refuse the package,
then you will have to insure, and pay for shipping back to us. You will be charged a
restocking fee and will be responsible for any actual shipping fees.
