The TZ-R helmet comes
with a full Shoei pedigree. Extensive hours of wind
tunnel and real-world testing refined it's shape and
features. All elements are uniquely Shoei; Aim+
shell construction for strength, removable cheek
pads for fit and comfort, and a distortion free
CX-1V shield and Quick Release Base Plate System for
unobstructed visibility. Shoei's commitment to

Aerodynamic Shell Design
. Aerodynamic properties are maximized through
extensive wind tunnel and rider testing
Two-Layer EPS Liner System
. Two-layer liner offers unmatched ventilation with
internal channels and exhaust ports throughout the
helmet
. Integrated Upper Air Intake minimized air
turbulence and maximizes air stream in all riding
positions
. The lower air intake provides an additional source
of air flow
. The neck outlet vent allows for effective air
exhaust
Lightweight, Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus
(AIM+)
