utilizes race proven features such as an advanced
composite material shell and "ACS" ventilation
system to provide one of the most technologically
advanced helmets in its class.
Super-Lightweight "ACM" Shell Design
"ACM" (Advanced Composite Material) shell is
constructed of a combination of fiberglass and
spectra. Two piece channeled Dual-Density
lightweight EPS liner. Large eyeport opening for
greater visibility. Two shell sizes for a more
comfortable fit.
Flow-Thru "ACS" Advanced Channeling
Ventilation System
Channeled, four position forehead vents and venturi
exhaust vents. Adjustable chin bar vent helps
eliminate shield fogging. Two stage, front side
intake/vortex vents offer six adjustable levels per
side. Built in neck roll exhaust vent.
Anti-Fog System
Side intake/vortex vents adjust to create a
low-pressure vacuum effect that draws heat and
moisture out of the face-shield area. Adjustable
chin vent directs air upwards across the inside of
the shield to help prevent fogging.
Removable/Washable Interior
Cheek pads and upper liner are easily removed to
allow for cleaning. DuPont and Cool Max liner, with
mesh trim, channels moisture away from the skin.
Wrap-around neck roll reduces wind noise. Padded
chin-strap designs.
Nylon Strap-Retention Band
Neatly Secures Chin Strap.
Two-Stage Compression Shield Closure System
A two-stage pivot mechanism, compresses the shield
into the helmet to provide an extremely tight seal.
HJ-07 Face Shield
Quick and easy, tool-less shield removal.
Aerodynamic flush-mounted fit. Scratch-resistant
coating. Optically correct one piece design. 100%
protection from harmful UV rays. Exceeds VESC-8.
